Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries and provide excellent support. You will be the first point of contact and play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve issues quickly and professionally
  • Keep records of customer interactions
  • Follow up to ensure issues are resolved
  • Maintain a positive and helpful attitude

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
