Customer Care Associate

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving customer issues promptly and effectively. This includes addressing complaints regarding defective products, billing errors, or delayed deliveries. You will be required to communicate with customers through various channels such as phone, email, chat, or social media to respond to their questions, complaints, and inquiries. It is essential for you to have a good understanding of the products or services offered by the company, including their features, pricing, availability, and policies. This knowledge will enable you to provide accurate information and assistance to customers, thereby contributing to a positive customer experience. In this role, customer relationship management is key. You will be expected to maintain a positive relationship with customers, address their concerns with empathy and professionalism, and ensure their overall satisfaction with the company's products or services. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the work location is in person. The ideal candidate should have at least a Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education. Proficiency in English and Hindi languages is preferred.
