CRM-Tele caller

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage customer inquiries received via CRM software, social media platforms, official email, and other channels.
• Respond promptly to client queries with professionalism and clarity.
• Connect with potential clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
• Accurately input and update customer and inquiry details into the CRM system.
• Categorize and forward qualified leads to the respective sales team or department.
• Maintain communication logs and follow-up schedules within the CRM.
• Support the sales team with relevant background and inquiry data.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely responses and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 2–5 years of experience in customer service, client handling, or CRM operations.
• Familiarity with CRM software and social media platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
