Job description Studying the Bill of Quantity (BOQ). Verifying certified RA bills. Preparing monthly reconciliation statements of building material. Estimating and costing. Rate analysis. Back-to-back contractor billing. Maintaining and balancing project income. Preparing bills of quantities. Preparing subcontractor bills. Taking measurements from site engineers. Checking and certifying bills and invoices. Preparing reconciliation statements.
