URGENTLY HIRING CRM EXECUTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Customer Onboarding & Documentation
Customer Communication, Engagement & Experience.
Payment Collection & Follow-up.
Customer Issue Resolution.
Customer Feedback & Satisfaction.
Project Handover & Possession.
Customer Database Management.
RERA Compliance.
Customer Retention & Referral Programs.
ERP reporting
Making agreement/ contracts
Ability to present CRM activity and collection projection to the management on weekly basis
Good at communcation with customers for various activities.

Mandatory Requirement

APF documentation knowledge is must
Follow up & coordination with bankers for disbursements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
