Role Overview

We’re looking for a smart, passionate, and proactive Customer Relationship Manager to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong fashion sensibility, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain high-touch relationships with brands and clients.

You’ll be the bridge between our creative vision and our clients’ expectations – ensuring every photoshoot, campaign, or AI-generated delivery is seamless, timely, and on-brand.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for all client communications and updates

Understand client briefs, coordinate shoot schedules, and ensure smooth execution

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients

Ensure timely delivery of creative assets and address any concerns promptly

Coordinate with internal teams – photographers, editors, stylists, and AI teams – to meet client expectations

Upsell services when appropriate and provide a personalized experience for premium clients

Track project statuses, client feedback, and generate weekly updates

Manage post-shoot follow-ups, collect testimonials, and maintain ongoing engagement

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or CRM (fashion/creative agency background preferred)

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Hindi and Kannada are a bonus)

Well-groomed, presentable, and confident in dealing with high-end clients

Fashion-forward thinking with the ability to understand creative and visual language

Highly organized, punctual, and able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously

Comfortable using tools like WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, CRM dashboards (training provided)

Should be available for occasional client meetings, shoots, or calls as required

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
