Job Title: Creative Executive / Visualiser

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Work Mode: Work from Office

Experience: 2+ years in an advertising agency (preferred)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Executive to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in graphic design, branding, packaging, and creative advertising campaigns. A strong command of CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and a keen understanding of AI tools in design is essential. If you're someone with fresh ideas, a strong visual sense, and have worked in a dynamic advertising agency setup—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and execute creative advertising campaigns across print, digital, and packaging media.

Develop innovative branding concepts, layouts, and graphic solutions for diverse clients.

Design and deliver high-quality artworks including brochures, packaging, product labels, brand identities, and promotional material.

Use CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop proficiently for design creation and final artwork delivery.

Integrate AI tools and technologies where applicable to enhance design efficiency and creativity.

Collaborate with copywriters, marketing teams, and other designers to develop holistic creative solutions.

Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and consumer insights to deliver modern, impactful designs.

Requirements:

Proven experience working in a creative or advertising agency is a must.

Proficiency in CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop is mandatory.

Basic understanding or hands-on experience with AI tools in design (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, etc.).

Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity across different formats – branding, packaging, campaign creatives, and artwork.

Ability to think creatively, out-of-the-box and come up with fresh ideas regularly.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related field is a plus.
