About the Role

We’re looking for a mid-level Copywriter with strong mainline agency experience (5–9 years) to join our Gurgaon office. This is not just a writing role—we’re looking for someone who can think big, craft compelling narratives, and bring brand campaigns to life across traditional and digital platforms.

You’ll be responsible for developing ideas that work across TV, print, digital, and social, while also collaborating with a cross-functional team to ensure creative excellence throughout.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop campaign ideas and copy across mainline formats: TVCs, print ads, radio, OOH, and digital
• Partner with art directors, strategists, and account teams to build integrated, insight-driven work
• Craft scripts, taglines, manifestos, and long-form content aligned with brand voice and strategy
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines
• Guide junior writers and contribute to the creative development of the team
• Stay attuned to cultural trends, consumer behavior, and brand storytelling innovations

What We’re Looking For

• 5–9 years of copywriting experience, with strong exposure to mainline campaigns (TVCs, print, radio, etc.)
• A compelling portfolio that showcases creative thinking, storytelling, and work across mediums
• Ability to crack campaign ideas and write across formats—short-form, long-form, and everything in between
• Experience working on integrated brand campaigns and collaborating across departments
• Strong command of English (spoken and written); knowledge of Hindi or other regional languages is a plus
• A self-starter with sharp communication skills and a collaborative spirit
