Role: Creative Content Writer – YouTube & Instagram (Hindi Focused)

We're looking for a sharp, creative, and social-media-savvy content writer who can bring educational content to life on platforms like YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and Posts – all with a fun, catchy, and student-friendly tone.

Responsibilities

• Create short-form Hindi scripts for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts – relatable, entertaining, and informative
• Ideate content hooks and storytelling formats for educational and promotional content
• Collaborate with video editors, designers, and subject teams to finalize scripts and creatives
• Write captions, post copy, and hashtags that resonate with our student audience
• Help shape the brand voice across social platforms – quirky, regional, yet value-driven
• Stay up to date with Instagram and YouTube trends and adapt them to our niche

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in content writing for social media, especially short-form video
• Strong Hindi writing skills (major), with working knowledge of English
• Ability to think in trending formats, hooks, and relatable storytelling
• Experience in writing for a youth or student audience is a strong advantage
• A portfolio of scripts, captions, or videos you’ve worked on (preferred)

Good to Have

• Knowledge of state board students’ challenges and language style
• Experience with basic video production or scripting tools
• Past work in ed-tech, youth brands, or infotainment content
