Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a CPC Hub Manager - Operations in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience.
Roles and Responsibility

Ensuring adherence to operations, credit, and KYC policies.

Verifying all KYCs and financials of borrowers and analyzing them.

Analyzing credit trends and communicating with the field on TAT/KYC issues.

Training field teams to ensure FTR at 90%.

Monitoring credit trends and providing insights.

Communicating with stakeholders on operational matters.

Job

Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline.

Minimum 2 years of experience in operations management.

Expertise in Excel is required.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.

Excellent communication and training skills are essential.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Experience in banking, financial services, or broking is preferred.

The selected candidate will be working at Lodha (I-Think Techno Campus) - J-Grades.
