Country Manager

As a Country Manager (India, representing York St John University) with Hallbridge Education Group, you will play a key role in the international student recruitment space. Your responsibilities will include achieving and exceeding new student recruitment and revenue targets through various recruitment channels, particularly focusing on the agent channel. You will need to have at least 5 years of relevant work experience in student recruitment or the study abroad industry, especially representing UK universities. Fluent/native level English and Hindi proficiency is essential for effective communication. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with key agents in the region, providing regular training to agents and counselors, and engaging in conversion activities to nurture student pipelines. You must be able to work both independently and collaboratively, meet tight deadlines, and offer innovative solutions to challenges. Additionally, having a can-do attitude and being able to work under pressure are crucial for success in this role. It is desirable for you to champion the benefits of international education and have experience living or studying in the UK or Europe. This full-time position is based in Delhi and requires you to be physically present in the office; remote work or hybrid arrangements are not applicable. You must currently be located in India with full working rights in the country.
