Job Description

Position

Key Responsibilities

Greet and attend to walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product recommendations.
Showcase products and explain features, benefits, and pricing.
Maintain a clean and organized counter/display area.
Manage billing and handle customer transactions accurately.
Maintain stock levels and report any shortages to the store manager.
Build lasting relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
Meet daily/weekly sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in counter sales or retail sales (preferred).
Freshers with good communication skills and enthusiasm to work in sales are welcome.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented approach with a pleasant personality.
Basic knowledge of billing, handling POS (Point of Sale) machines is a plus.
Willingness to work in shifts and weekends, if required.

Educational Qualification

Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.

Salary

As per industry standards + Incentives based on performance.
