Counsellor- Academic and Wellness sector (Telesales) Exp-1 yrs min. Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Counsellor/ Tele caller to join our EdTech marketing team. The ideal candidate will engage with prospective customers (teachers, learners, parents, students, coaching centers, wellness practitioners, and institutions), introduce academic and wellness products/services, and convert leads into active users or clients. You will play a key role in expanding our user base in both the education and wellness segments. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers/leads provided by the company. Explain product offerings in the academic (K–12, competitive exams, skills) and wellness (yoga, mindfulness, therapy) categories. Generate interest and schedule product demos/webinars. Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, or email until closure. Maintain accurate and detailed call logs, lead status, and feedback in CRM. Collaborate with the sales and content teams to improve pitch strategies. Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, conversions, and follow-ups. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales/telecalling, preferably in EdTech or wellness sector. Strong verbal communication in English and regional languages (as needed). Convincing skills with a customer-first mindset. Basic understanding of education/wellness products or willingness to learn quickly. Familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and call tracking systems. Preferred Traits: Passion for education, learning, or holistic wellness. Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach. Ability to handle rejections professionally and keep a positive attitude. KPIs/Performance Metrics: Number of calls made daily Conversion rate (demo bookings, enrollments) Lead response and follow-up efficiency Customer satisfaction and feedback Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹27,759.43 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
