Job Title: Billing & Estimation Engineer Location: Market yard - Pune Experience: 3-8 Years Industry: Real Estate Job Summary: We are hiring a Billing & Estimation Engineer with experience in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, project billing, and financial tracking. The candidate should be able to manage end-to-end estimation and billing activities for infrastructure or utility projects Key Responsibilities: Review project plans, specifications, and contract documents to understand scope and requirements. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather data for cost estimation . Analyze drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs to determine quantities and pricing. Conduct site visits to gather field data and assess site conditions for cost impact. Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates , including materials, labor, equipment, and indirect costs. Source and verify material and equipment prices from suppliers and subcontractors. Identify and incorporate project risks and contingencies into estimates. Create and maintain cost breakdowns , itemized budgets, and supporting documentation. Participate in bid review meetings , providing clarifications and presenting estimates. Coordinate with procurement for vendor and subcontractor evaluation and cost inputs. Develop and implement project-specific billing templates and processes . Track and monitor project costs and billing to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Liaise with clients to resolve billing discrepancies or clarifications. Maintain complete billing documentation per company standards and audit compliance. Generate financial and billing reports for internal and external stakeholders. Continuously update estimates and costs based on project changes or site inputs. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all estimation and billing records. Required Skills: Strong expertise in cost estimation , quantity take-off , and billing Proficiency in AutoCAD , MS Excel , and project planning tools Good understanding of contractual billing processes Analytical mindset with attention to detail Ability to coordinate across teams and handle documentation efficiently Familiarity with ERP systems or billing/accounting tools Preferred Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field To apply send your cv at 8956348022 or call
