Develop, author, and update diagnostic procedures for various automotive systems, including ICE and Electric vehicles, using knowledge of wiring schematics, PIN out information, FMEAs, ODX, PID, DID, parts lists, and specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems in content authoring, diagnostic authoring tools, and guided diagnostic tools, and consult with internal and external SMEs to obtain requirements.
