Job Description Configuration Specialist plays vital role in implementing HR Solutions across Workday functional modules and will get involved extensively on HR transformational Projects. The individual in this role will use their extensive knowledge of the platform to guide support and implementation activities. Candidate must be able to understand impact of changes across integrated applications and be proactive. Potential candidate should possess a big picture mindset. Job Description Duties/Responsibilities: Understands the entire HR Technology portfolio in Guardian, including but not limited to configurations, customizations, and integrations of different systems with Workday. Works independently and collaborates with several teams across globe. Serves as primary, daily contact on delivery of services; Develops, implements, documents, and monitors scope of work to ensure delivery of high-quality services and products. Responsible for creating impact analysis documents that help us deliver thorough solutions. Aptitude to learn new technologies to help HR keep pace with the industry. Supports annual / half-yearly events that correlate to each individual Workday module. Experience/Skills Required : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems/Engineering equivalentwith10+years ofrelevantwork experience. 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Workday Core HCM, Workday Compensation, and Workday Security is mandatory. Experience/knowledge of Workday Recruiting, and WorkdayTime and Absence would be aplus. Goodoral and written communication skills. Goodproblem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
