Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Lead content strategy, conceptualisation, copy / content writing, and creative direction for B2B campaigns, videos, immersive experiences and other brand communications Work closely with creative directors across copy and with the design team in creating exciting B2B brands Craft compelling narratives that translate complex ideas into simple, engaging, and impactful messaging Collaborate with design, strategy, client servicing, technology, project management and production teams to bring ideas to life across formatsoutdoor, immersive, video, web, social, internal comms, and more Work closely with clients to understand briefs, business goals, and industry context to guide content strategy Ensure all ideas and creatives are aligned with the client brand voice, objectives and audience Proactive research and industry / market understanding to drive unique messaging and sticky storytelling Nurture a high-performing team of B2B-focused writers and content strategists Requirements: 10+ years of experience in a creative or integrated agency, with a strong focus on B2B communications Proven track record working with large global B2B brands across industries such as tech, energy, manufacturing, consulting, etc. Strong understanding of global B2B audiences, particularly in native-English speaking markets (US, UK, ANZ) Experience in creating a wide range of B2B communications - campaigns, videos, websites, and more. Excellent briefing, editing, and coordination skills Deadline conscious Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills Ability to handle multiple projects and timelines with clarity and calm Curious, research-driven, and up to date with global B2B content and communication trends Preferred candidate profile
