Role Overview

We’re seeking a talented Cook/Chef to join our hospitality team. You will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting a fixed menu across four daily meals—breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner—for up to 25 pax Maximum, including staff. Kitchen assistance is available to support you.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare authentic South and North Indian dishes according to our fixed menu
• Ensure consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation
• Coordinate with kitchen assistants to maintain smooth service flow
• Monitor inventory and place orders for fresh produce and ingredients
• Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety (FSSAI guidelines)
• Adapt menus for special dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.)
• Work closely with management to develop seasonal specials and themed meals

Qualifications & Experience

• Preferably 2 years’ professional experience as a cook or chef, with expertise in South and North Indian cuisine
• Strong knowledge of traditional spices, cooking techniques, and presentation styles
• Ability to manage a small kitchen team and delegate tasks efficiently
• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Certification in food safety and hygiene or willingness to obtain one
