Prepare detailed proposals outlining the proposed solution, pricing structure, and value proposition to present to potential clients. Deliver persuasive presentations to key decision-makers at prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of the company's contract logistics services. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, proactively addressing their needs and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling. Lead commercial negotiations with clients to secure profitable contracts, including pricing, service levels, and contract terms. Actively manage the sales pipeline, tracking leads, opportunities, and forecasting revenue. Preferred candidate profile: Proven experience in a sales or business development role within the contract logistics industry. Bachelors degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
