Overview : As an iCertis Developer, you will be responsible for the development, customization, and integration of the iCertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform to deliver tailored solutions for our clients. This includes working on platform customizations, creating integrations with third-party applications, troubleshooting issues, and supporting continuous platform improvement. Your ability to work with both functional and technical teams will be key to ensuring the platform aligns with client requirements and business goals. Key Responsibilities : - Custom Development : Develop and customize the iCertis platform to meet the specific business needs of clients. This involves creating custom workflows, developing APIs, and modifying existing features. - Integration Development : Integrate iCertis with other business applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, and third-party applications) using web services, APIs, and Azure functions. - Troubleshooting & Support : Provide support for the resolution of technical issues related to platform performance, integrations, and customizations. Ensure minimal disruption to business operations. - Continuous Improvement : Work closely with architects to improve platform functionality, efficiency, and scalability. Propose new features or improvements to existing features based on client feedback. - Collaboration & Documentation : Collaborate with business analysts, configurators, and technical teams to ensure the proper alignment of requirements. Provide technical documentation and training to stakeholders. Required Technical Skills & Experience : - iCertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) : In-depth experience with the implementation, customization, and development of iCertis solutions. - Microsoft Technology Stack : - C# / .NET Development : Strong programming skills in C# to build custom applications and services. - Web API Development : Expertise in developing and consuming RESTful APIs for integration. - SQL Server : Strong proficiency in SQL Server for database management and query optimization. - Azure Cloud : Experience integrating and developing with Azure services like Azure Functions, App Services, Logic Apps, etc. - Problem Solving & Debugging : Expertise in debugging complex issues and troubleshooting technical problems on the platform. - Agile Methodology : Experience working in Agile environments, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Version Control : Familiarity with Git, TFS, or other version control systems for code management Location-Remote,Delhi NCR,Bangalore,Chennai,Pune,Kolkata,Ahmedabad,Mumbai,Hyderabad

Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end CLM implementation projects for small and mid-sized businesses, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders and project teams. Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, task assignments, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies. Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and track milestones, ensuring adherence to project timelines and milestones. Conduct regular project meetings, status updates, and progress reports, communicating project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Manage project budgets, expenses, and resources, ensuring efficient utilization and cost-effectiveness. Facilitate collaboration and communication among project teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to achieve project goals. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project teams, resolving conflicts, and addressing challenges to ensure project success. Conduct post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify successes, challenges, and areas for improvement. Developing change management plans and strategies to facilitate smooth transition and adoption of new CLM solutions. Conducting impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify change readiness and potential barriers. Facilitating training sessions, workshops, and support activities to build capability and ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies. Monitoring change progress, gathering feedback, and making adjustments as needed to drive successful outcomes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and business units, to align change initiatives with organizational goals and objectives. Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in CLM or related domains, for small and mid-sized implementations. Strong project management skills, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and control. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall, and project management software like MS Project or JIRA. Experience in managing small to mid-sized project teams, including internal resources and external vendors. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence outcomes. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities in complex project environments. Knowledge of CLM software, SaaS environments, and implementation best practices is required Skills in change management to support smooth transition and adoption of new processes and technologies during and post implementations Project Management (PM) certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or Six Sigma certification are a plusRole & responsibilities
