Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Continental Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about cooking, well-versed in European cuisine styles, and capable of delivering high-quality dishes with creativity and consistency. Key Responsibilities:Prepare and present a wide variety of Continental dishes (Italian, French, Spanish, etc.) Ensure food is prepared in compliance with hygiene and safety standards Manage kitchen operations, inventory, and food costing Create and update menus based on seasonal availability and trends Supervise and train junior kitchen staff Collaborate with management to improve food quality and presentation Requirements:Proven experience as a Continental Chef or in a similar role Strong knowledge of European cooking techniques and modern plating styles Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Culinary diploma or degree preferred Benefits:Competitive salary and performance bonuses Staff meals and uniform provided Opportunity for career growth and training Supportive and creative team environment
