Job Summary

Milestone Digital is seeking a dynamic and creative Content Creator to craft engaging content for social media, YouTube, websites, and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is a storyteller at heart who can bring ideas to life through video, text, and visuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Create original content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn (posts, reels, shorts, stories, thumbnails, etc.)
• Collaborate with the video team for shoot planning, scripting, and storyboarding
• Write captions, scripts, taglines, and engaging post copy
• Assist in editing and publishing short-form and long-form videos
• Research trends and hashtags to align content with platform algorithms
• Support marketing campaigns with creative assets and copy
• Ensure brand voice, tone, and consistency across all channels

Required Skills

• Strong command of English and Malayalam (spoken and written)
• Creativity in storytelling and ideation
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
• Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools is a plus
• Good understanding of social media trends and platform best practices
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–2 years of content creation experience or relevant portfolio
• Experience working with digital brands or media companies
• Familiarity with YouTube Studio, Instagram Insights, and social analytics
