• Design and publish

  weekly Reels and Carousels

  about Indian kings, queens, and brave rebels
• Repurpose long-form interviews into snackable reels and story highlights
• Build narrative series like:“Why This Story?” (comic origin stories)

• Produce and edit

  2 YouTube videos/month

  (founder stories, interviews, animated explainers)
• Create YouTube Shorts from longer videos
• Coordinate (or conduct) recorded interviews with historians
• Design titles, thumbnails, and upload-ready content

• Work closely with founders to turn thoughts into content
• Ghostwrite personal LinkedIn and Instagram posts
• Capture behind-the-scenes footage of the comic creation process

• A natural storyteller with

  experience creating content for kids or parents

  (or both)
• Skilled in

  video editing

  (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar) and

  basic design tools

  (Canva, Figma, etc.)
• Familiar with

  social trends

  and how to use content to drive community + sales
• Emotionally intelligent — you know how to turn raw ideas into heartfelt, honest posts
• Curious about

  Indian history, education, or comics

  — or excited to learn
• Comfortable working independently but collaborating with founders weekly

• Experience interviewing or editing interviews
• Animation/motion graphics skills
• Knowledge of Indian history, storytelling, or comics
• SEO optimization for YouTube
