Content Creator Responsibilities Interview industry professionals and incorporate their views in blog posts Edit and proofread written pieces before publication Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares) Identify customers needs and recommend new topics Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles Creating a variety of Video content for Instagram Reels Giving inputs on marketing initiatives and suggesting creative ideas to improve the brands image. Work to promote and strengthen an organization's brand(s) using social media platforms Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process Assist in performance management processes Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues Maintain employee records (attendance etc.) Review employment and working conditions. Requirements and skills Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter or similar role Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems Excellent writing and editing skills in English An ability to fact-check long-form content pieces Time-management skills Leadership and Team management skills Should understand the platform in terms of working and editing Camera friendly Startup attitude, Digital marketing, Problem Solving, Hardworking Willing to learn multiple things at fast pace Good experience with Instagram Reel Have creative skills in terms of making the lifestyle reels interesting for the audience.
