The Role:

We’re looking for a Content Creator to own Charcoal’s voice across platforms. You’ll be the one setting the tone, deciding the format, building out ideas, and running with them. We’re looking for someone who can think like a storyteller, and ideally shoot like a one-person crew. If you’ve got editing chops, even better.

What You'll Own:

• Day-to-day content across social media, email, website, and more.
• Campaign storytelling for new launches, product drops, and brand moments.
• Video content - whether it's scripting, directing, or shooting quick reels in your living room.
• Collaborating with design, product, and marketing to bring ideas to life.
• Suggesting new formats, building mood boards, iterating on what works.
• Evolving and protecting Charcoal’s voice like it's your own.

You Should Have :

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in content, copywriting, digital storytelling, or brand work.
• A portfolio (or something close) that shows how you think and what you’ve made.
• Bonus: Design tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite.
• Bonus-er: You know your way around a phone camera and have shot or edited video before.
