Content Creator

Position Overview: We are looking for a creative and driven Content Creator to develop engaging content across multiple digital platforms. This role is perfect for someone passionate about storytelling, visual design, and building online communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create original content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand objectives
• Write compelling captions, blog posts, and marketing copy
• Produce and edit photos, videos, and graphics using various tools
• Monitor content performance and analyze engagement metrics
• Collaborate with marketing team on campaign development
• Stay current with social media trends and platform algorithm changes
• Engage with audience through comments, messages, and community management
• Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all content

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience creating content for social media platforms
• Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
• Basic video editing skills (Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, or mobile editing apps)
• Strong writing skills with ability to adapt tone for different audiences
• Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics
• Creative mindset with attention to visual aesthetics
• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of content creation or social media management experience
• Experience with influencer collaborations and partnerships
• Knowledge of SEO and content optimization
• Photography skills and experience with photo editing
• Understanding of paid social media advertising

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
