As a Junior Associate in the Partnership & Collaboration team, your primary responsibility will be to initiate contact with potential collaborators such as brands, content creators, and podcast guests. You will play a key role in identifying and approaching potential brands for partnerships, particularly for the XP shop. Throughout the partnership tenure, you will be coordinating with the respective Points of Contact (POCs) to ensure smooth collaboration and meeting set deliverables from every business partnership. In addition to partnership management, you will provide marketing support by conducting quality checks for podcast and social media content. Developing and maintaining a monthly content calendar, conducting research for business development activities, and verifying the credibility of each partnership will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be creating and editing copy and captions for various content, as well as monitoring and enhancing engagement on social media platforms. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, marketing, or partnership management, preferably in the digital content, media, or marketing sectors, is required. A proven track record of initiating and managing successful partnerships will be an advantage. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), experience with social media management tools and CRM software, and a basic understanding of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) are essential technical skills for this role. This is a full-time, in-office position with workdays from Tuesday to Saturday and Sundays and Mondays off. The work timings are from 10AM to 7PM.
