Consulting Manager/Industry Lead - Rewards, Talent & OE

You will be a dynamic and strategic Consulting Manager/Industry Lead in our Talent Solutions Consulting practice, specializing in rewards, talent, and organizational effectiveness. Your role will involve leading client engagements, delivering innovative solutions, and contributing to business growth. Your key responsibilities will include leading sectors/sub-sectors for business growth and client management, driving revenue growth through identifying and capitalizing on business development opportunities, fostering long-term relationships with clients, managing and delivering complex projects, leading process improvements, mentoring team members, contributing to thought leadership, demonstrating expertise in Talent Solutions areas, conducting market research, utilizing advanced analytics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You should have deep expertise in compensation and benefits design, rewards benchmarking, job evaluation, incentive design, and talent management. Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong analytical abilities, project management, client relationship management, and solution design are essential skills for this role. Your attitude should be independent, proactive, solution-oriented, committed to continuous learning and improvement, team player, and multitasking. You must hold a full-time Masters in Human Resources or related discipline and have 7-10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in compensation & benefits, rewards strategy design, job evaluation, incentive design, and talent management projects. You will report to the Director/Associate Partner and work in a massive company with over 1001 employees. Technologies you will use include Advanced Excel, Analytics, and PowerPoint.
