Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant to join our Tech Consulting team in the ServiceNow Practice. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience. ### Roles and Responsibility Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data interfaces with other enterprise application systems. Develop workflow solutions across various modules on ServiceNow, including CSM. Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs, including advanced scripting. Develop and manage operational metrics reporting and dashboards. Support the development and analysis of customer requirements and assist with creating user stories. Perform application testing and create/maintain system design and operations documentation. ### Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow development, focusing on multiple modules. Experience working with Agile methodologies for software development. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Strong understanding of ServiceNow Admin certified (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS). Ability to work collaboratively with project teams to ensure successful, technically sound projects that are completed on time and within budget. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
