Roles & Responsibilities:

• Good rapport with contractors working on site, smooth co-ordination with architects, consultants to resolve site issues, go-getter apporach
• To ensure all type check list i.e. formwork, reinforcement, concrete, concrete pour card, pre-pour shuttering checklist, brickwork & RMC requisition etc are followed religiously on site & quality , safety translation on site.
• Technical supervision of ongoing civil work.
• To study the architectural & structural drawings, contract documents.
• To get approved all reinforcement, formwork from Architect / consultant.
• To ensure project plan is executed on site as per re-decided timelines, anticipating any risks, changes in advance , working towards mitigation to avoid any delays
• To control wastage and to improve quality of workmanship.
• To ensure contractor submits the requisition for different materials well in advance.
• To communicate all necessary instructions to in house engineers, contractor representatives.
• To communicate with the concerned agencies for minor/major wastages, defects occurred on site in consultation with Project Manager.
• Vet & inform the requirements of materials to Project Manager received through contractor.
• To discuss technical problems/drawings and execution difficulties with Project Manager and getting it approved by consultant.
• To maintain and check all type of safety measures taken in Tower in coordination with Asst. safety officer.
