Toast’s People Products team is looking for a Solutions Architect specialized in Workday Security to lead the technical reimplementation of Workday’s foundational security and establishment of a security governance model. This role will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining a secure and scalable security model. As a Solutions Architect, Workday Security you will interact directly with senior leaders and cross-functional partners across Toast to capture requirements while designing globally scalable solutions with People Technology. This position requires a great understanding of HR data processes, security, and compliance standards, globally. About this roll * (Responsibilities) Develop a robust security and governance model in partnership with process owners to establish and enforce data security policies, protocols, and procedures to protect sensitive HR data Drive Reporting as as Self Service Initiative for managers, business partners and leaders Collaborates with business leaders to design and build reports to assist in data analysis, trends, and strategic planning Execute hands-on configuration of all types of Workday security Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate risks Provide guidance, coaching and subject matter expertise on security, data and reporting capabilities and limitations Develop a security roadmap to enable Toast’s shared services support model. Overview The SAP S4 Migration is a comprehensive, multi-year program spanning over four years, aimed at modernizing the current SAP PIRT landscape. This initiative covers various regions including MENA, LATAM, PGCS, APAC, and Europe. The goal of this program is to prepare the SAP system for the future, aligning it with PepsiCo's digital transformation journey. The project involves planning, executing, and overseeing the successful migration of data and business processes from existing SAP ECC systems to S/4HANA. This will includes designing remediation of deprecated functionalities, design new fuctionalities for obsolete functionalities, executing data migration objects, and ensuring data quality and integrity throughout the process. This will also working in close collaboration with technical and business stakeholders to align goals and expectations. The project aims to replace legacy systems by implementing the SAP S/4 HANA business suite. This suite will cover various functions including Record to Report (RTR), Forecast to Schedule (FTS), Order to Cash (OTC), Purchase to Pay (PTP), Make to Deploy (MTD), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Warehouse Management (WM) and Trade Promotional Management (TPM). Responsibilities Ensure Seamless MigrationEnsure that SAP ECC processes are remediated and migrated to SAP S/4 Make to Deliver (MTD) without any design gaps. Design and BuildCreate design documentions where existing fuctionalities have become obsolete. Remediate object which are identified by for remediation System ReadinessPrepare the current SAP system for migration by applying necessary updates and configurations, such as SAP notes and pre-migration checks. Data ValidationEnsure data quality, integrity, and compliance throughout the migration process by conducting data validation and reconciliation. Comprehensive TestingConduct thorough testing to validate the functionality and performance of the new system, ensuring it meets all business requirements and standards. Change ManagementSupport the Change management in identifies processes and/or transactions which will get impacted. Training and SupportProvide training and support to super users for the changes to ensure a smooth transition and effective use of the new system. Issue ResolutionIdentify and resolve data migration issues promptly, collaborating with data migration and tech team as needed. Accountable for ensuring project status reporting is done weekly and senior executive-level communications are timely and accurate. Reuse Asset:Create reuse asset which can be leveraged during migration to optimize the efforts for sectors planned later in the migration journey. Qualifications Minimum Bachelors degree is required. Computer Science or Information Systems is preferred. 6-8+ years of experience configuring, deploying and managing SAP ERP with a focus on SAP PP, SAP IM, SAP QM modules with integration experience to demamnd planning system. Hand-on experience around master data required for PP for process Industry and repetitive manufacturing. Process knowledge and SAP solution mapping experience for process order mapping, order pegging, scenarios for production execution. Good understanding of various material consumption scenarios on shop floor and their mapping into SAP. Hands on experience around batch management. Integration across other functional areas, i.e., EWM, finance, forecast to schedule, procure to pay & Order to Cash Expertise in SAP PP with multiple roll-out experience is required. Prior experience on S4 Migration or experience data validation strategy would be preferred. Prior Experience of collaborating within a global ERP template.
