Transcribe and type dictated material into clear, grammatically correct documents using a computer or typewriter. Prepare reports, letters, minutes of meetings, and other official documentation. Maintain confidential records, files, and documents in an organized manner. Handle routine clerical and administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and managing correspondence. Review and proofread documents to ensure error-free output. Coordinate with various departments for the submission and retrieval of required information or documentation. Ensure all data and information handled remains confidential and secure.
