Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Computer Hardware Technician based in Manjeri. The Computer Hardware Technician will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting desktop computers, providing hardware support, and offering printer support. Daily tasks will include regular computer maintenance, diagnosing and fixing hardware issues, and ensuring all systems are running smoothly.

Qualifications

Expertise in Desktop Computers and Computer Maintenance
Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Hardware Support
Experience with Printer Support
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment
Previous experience in a technical support role is a plus
Relevant certifications or a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
