Computer Hardware Engineer

Job Summary
We are looking for computer hardware engineer for onsite customer support for full time, with well experience and good speaking language

Responsibilities and Duties

• Installation, configuration & Troubleshooting of all types of Hardware and software application installation.
• Windows 11, 10 OS Installation, configuration & troubleshooting of Desktop/Laptop.
• Managing, backup & recovering User Data.
• Installation, configuration & troubleshooting of Printers & Scanners.
• Knowledge of Antivirus.
• Knowledge of Office 365 & Outlook
• Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Installation and Configuration of Windows-Based Operating Systems ( Windows 10, 11 ).
• Software Installations and Troubleshooting of all types of customer-oriented field problems,
• network settings for TCP/IP and internet Setup.
• Troubleshooting of all types of Hardware and Software applications problems.
• Configuring & Troubleshooting of Printers, Scanner & LAN-related issues reported by users.
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting of connectivity problems. .
• Remotely resolving application problems & network problems and mail configurations through remote desktop sharing & VNC
• Maintaining Assets through Assets Inventory Book Handle the responsibilities of analyzing hardware and software issues and take necessary corrective actions to resolve

Key Skills
should be able the complete the work , communications with English , Kannada , HindiRequired Experience and Qualifications

Need 3+ yrs experience with good knowledge of computer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
