Job Description

Responsibility

Use various teaching tools and technologies to enhance student learning.
Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and progress reports.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain computer lab equipment and report technical issues promptly.
Guide students in projects, practical and school work.
Attend staff meetings, training, and participate in field works.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT / BCA or equivalent.
Prior teaching experience in an institute.
Strong knowledge of computer applications and programming languages (e.g., Python, HTML/CSS, Scratch, etc.).
Excellent communication and management skills.
Passion for teaching.
Ability to adapt to different teaching levels (Junior, Senior).

Work Schedule:

Saturday and Sunday (Institute hours as per schedule)
Additional hours during field work or examinations, if required

Baguiati, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
