1. Submit statutory compliance documents (PF, ESI, PT, etc.) on time.
2. Maintain and organize compliance document repository.
3. Coordinate with HR, operations, and finance for required compliance data.
4. Attend client visits and internal/external audits when required.
5. Prepare audit files and ensure audit readiness.
6. Monitor compliance status across locations/sites.
7. Liaise with legal advisors or third-party compliance service providers.
8. Prepare and submit periodic compliance reports.
9. Ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements.
1. Experience in facility management or service industry (preferred)
2. Knowledge of compliance software or tracking tools
3. Prior involvement in audit coordination
