Company Secretary

Key Responsibilities: Facilitate company incorporation processes, ensuring adherence to legal requirements. Manage ROC compliance activities, including annual filings, board meetings, and resolutions. Obtain and maintain licenses such as FSSAI, MSME, and IEC for clients. Assist startups with filing procedures and documentation. Handle trademark filing procedures and maintain records. Draft legal documents and agreements as per organizational requirements. Requirements: Working knowledge of company incorporation procedures and ROC compliance. Familiarity with obtaining and maintaining licenses such as FSSAI, MSME, and IEC. Understanding of startup filing processes. Proficiency in trademark filing procedures. Strong skills in legal drafting.
