Salary : Upto 10 LPA to 15 LPA Depends upon Skills Professional Qualification: o Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) or equivalent recognized body o Additional qualifications such as LLB, Chartered Accountant (CA), or MBA in Finance are a plus. Experience: o 5–7 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role, preferably in a listed company or a large corporate setup o Hands-on experience with SEBI, ROC, and stock exchange compliances o Proven track record in handling board meetings, AGM/EGMs, and corporate governance matters o Experience in drafting minutes, resolutions, policies, and maintaining statutory registers Technical Skills: o Proficient in Companies Act 2013, SEBI (LODR) Regulations, FEMA, and other corporate laws o Strong command of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) o Familiarity with compliance management tools or secretarial software Soft Skills: o Excellent written and verbal communication o Strong organizational and time-management abilities o High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information o Proactive approach to problem-solving and compliance monitoring Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Weekend availability Work Location: In person
