Role: Community Manager

Are you a people-person who loves building communities, hosting fun events, and engaging online? We’re on the lookout for someone who can bring our parent community to life—both online & offline! 💬👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

What You’ll Do:

✨ Engage with our Nap Chief parent community on social media & WhatsApp

🎉 Plan and host events that make parenting (and kids!) more fun

📢 Build relationships with nano & micro influencers

📝 Share feedback and insights with our marketing & product teams

📊 Track growth, conversations & brand love

You’ll Love This If You:

💛 Have 1–3 years of experience in community/social/influencer roles

💡 Are super creative, warm, and proactive

📲 Have a way with people, posts, and parent humor

👕 Want to grow with a brand that’s redefining kidswear in India
