We’re looking for an energetic and inspiring Community Manager to become the heartbeat of our coworking space in Daba Gardens, Vizag. Sales and Business Development Lead Generation & Outreach: Work with the marketing team to bring fresh leads and energize our member base. Workspace Tours & Onboarding: Be the face of away—conduct engaging tours and create smooth onboarding experiences. Retention Rockstar: Build real relationships with members through events, conversations, and consistent check-ins. Partnerships & Perks: Forge cool collaborations to add value to our members' lives. 2. Community Engagement & Relationship Building Vibe Creator: Cultivate a space that feels welcoming, warm, and inclusive. Problem Solver: Address concerns and friction points before they turn into problems. Feedback Loop: Gather, analyse, and act on member feedback to constantly improve. 3. Operations & Facility Management Space Guardian: Make sure our space looks, feels, and runs at its best—from plants to plugs. Vendor Juggler: Coordinate with third-party vendors for tech, cleaning, maintenance, and more. Safety First: Stay on top of compliance and safety protocols. 4. Front Office & Reception Services Warm Welcomes: Be the friendly face that greets members and guests alike. Inbound Management: Handle calls, queries, and bookings with clarity and care. Logistics Whisperer: Keep mail, packages, and scheduling organized and on point. Skills & Qualifications 2-3 years in community management, coworking, hospitality, or client-facing roles. Excellent communicator in English; Telugu and Hindi are big pluses. Friendly, positive, and people-focused—you light up a room. Tech-savvy with CRM tools and coworking management platforms. Think: sunlit floors, acoustic gigs, meditative mornings, and a rotating cast of thinkers and makers. Role: Community & Operations Manager 📍 Location: Bangalore 🕐 Type: Full-time, on-ground 💼 Experience: 2–4 years in hospitality, events, coworking, or premium service roles What You’ll Do: Be the welcoming face and energy-holder of the Away Bangalore hub Handle daily operations: checklists, opening/closing, issue resolution Manage vendors, housekeeping, pantry supplies, and maintenance tasks with precision Conduct onboarding, center tours, and assist members with day-to-day needs Organize and host relevant community events: mixers, wellness sessions, pop-ups (you should know what to host and when) Maintain the energy and culture of the space—visually, socially, spiritually Track and report basic metrics (occupancy, feedback, ops issues) while self-managing your workflow Who You Are: Warm, confident, and thoughtful—someone who enjoys service and connection Background in hospitality (hotels, cafés, airlines, boutique coworking, retreats) Well-spoken, dependable, and great with both systems and people Not afraid of autonomy—you’ll have no daily boss, but you’ll be expected to own your space Curious, well-read, and maybe even spiritually grounded—you see work as a practice, not just a paycheck Calm in chaos.
