Universal Elder Care is a leading elder care center and old age home offering premium services at affordable cost. We provide professional home care and in-house care services for senior citizens and hospitalized individuals across Tamil Nadu.

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Community Development Executive to strengthen our outreach, build relationships with communities, and promote our elder care services. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in community engagement or field outreach work and must be comfortable working with senior citizens and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities and organizations
• Conduct awareness campaigns and outreach activities in Tamil Nadu
• Represent Universal Elder Care at events, medical camps, and community programs
• Educate the public about our services and elder care facilities
• Identify and refer potential clients for our home care and in-house care services
• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth follow-ups and service delivery
• Maintain proper records and submit timely field reports

Requirements

• Female candidates only
• Minimum 2 years of experience in community development or related field (mandatory)
• Any degree
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Tamil and basic English
• Strong public speaking and coordination skills
• Willingness to travel for field visits and outreach
• Committed, responsible, and empathetic toward the elderly

Salary
Rs 12000 to Rs 25000 per month + Incentives(Salary will be based on experience)
