Job Summary:

Universal Elder Care is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Female Tele Callers to join our growing team. As a Tele Caller, you will play a key role in engaging with potential clients and families, explaining our elder care services, and supporting our mission of providing quality care to seniors across Tamil Nadu. This is a full-time, office-based position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to inquiries and potential clients regarding our elder care and home care services.
• Explain services clearly, professionally, and with compassion.
• Follow up on leads and maintain call logs and databases.
• Address client questions and provide basic information.
• Assist in appointment setting and follow-up coordination.
• Maintain confidentiality and empathy in all communications.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Gender: Female candidates only
• Education: Any degree holder
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
• Language: Basic communication skills in English and Tamil are a must
• Job Type: Full-time only (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)
