Recruitment of Apprentice - To conduct campus recruitment from various ITI Institutes - Planning, Organising and Conducting apprentice interviews. - DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) and Quarterly reimbursement claims for Apprentice from State and Central - Certify vacancy through CNV and Employment Exchange Portal 3. Recruitment of Regular, Fixed Terms and Contractual employees 4. To on board the new candidates 5. To assist in all HR activities. Skills required to perform above job effectively Technical 1. Ability to understand the requirement of the vacant position 2. Ability to work with employees at all levels 3. Planning, Organising and Conducting recruitment interviews Behavioural 1. Highly customer centric, customer friendly with positive attitude, open to change and ready to learn. 2. Good Verbal and written communication skill. 3. To work under pressure and in demanding situation. IT 1. Knowledge of Computers - MS Office.(Word, Excel & Power point) 2. Working knowledge on ERP (Microsoft Dynamics NAV Preferred) or SAP.
