To excel in this role, you should have at least 6 years of experience in video/media production, a strong knowledge of post-production processes and software like Adobe Creative Cloud, and prior experience leading a team of video professionals. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial, along with proficiency in professional office software. A demo reel or examples of your work will be advantageous. If you have a bachelor's degree in a related field, advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, including After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and DaVinci Resolve, it will be considered a plus. Moreover, the ability to collaborate with remote team members, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with project management software will further enhance your suitability for this role.
