Collections Specialist

Position: Collection Executive

Location: Indore (with travel across Madhya Pradesh)

Experience Required: 1–3 years

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (commensurate with experience)

Working Days & Timings: Monday to Saturday | 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage collections for 30–60 days and 60–90 days DPD (Days Past Due) buckets

✅ Achieve zero NPA (Non-Performing Assets) and maintain high collection efficiency

✅ Conduct field visits for follow-ups, payment collections, and customer interactions

✅ Coordinate effectively with dealers and internal teams

✅ Handle bounce cases and ensure timely Collection

Requirements:

🔹 Must be willing to travel extensively across Madhya Pradesh

🔹 Two-wheeler with a valid Driving License (mandatory)

🔹 Strong communication and negotiation skills

🔹 Experience in collections or related field preferred
