Role Description This is a full-time on-site Collection Agent role located in Jeypore. The Collection Agent will be responsible for debt collection, communication with customers, providing excellent customer service, and handling finance-related tasks on a day-to-day basis. Qualifications Debt Collection skills DRA Certified Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Finance knowledge Prior experience in a similar role is preferred Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
