Co-Founder Opportunity – Travel x Remote Work Community Startup (Kochi-based)

I’m currently building a purpose-driven venture that brings together remote workers, freelancers, and creative professionals for community-based co-living and co-working experiences in nature-focused locations across Kerala.

The goal is to create Kerala’s first travel-meets-work collective — enabling people to work remotely, connect meaningfully, and explore consciously. This will be a community-first business model with scalable monetisation through experiences, content, tools, and partnerships.

I’m now looking for a co-founder based in or around Kochi to join me in shaping this vision from the ground up.

✅ What I’m Looking For

A self-starter who is:

• Passionate about travel, remote work culture, and community building

• Comfortable hosting both offline meetups and online sessions (e.g., community check-ins, coworking calls, nature retreats)

• Able to initiate and manage engaging conversations within a group (online or offline)

• Familiar with basic content and community tools (Telegram, Discord, Canva, Google Suite)

• Capable of building and growing digital communities

• Professional, proactive, and committed to long-term goals

• Previous event/club organizing experience is a plus

🔍 Important Notes

• This is an equity-based co-founder role, not a paid job

• No financial investment is expected

• There will be no remuneration until the business becomes profitable

• The venture is at idea-validation and early community-building stage
