Regulatory Reporting: Ensuring timely submissions of financial and governance reports as per statutory requirements. Skillset: Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and auditing principles. Proficiency in financial reporting, compliance regulations, and statutory filings. Expertise in GST, direct and indirect taxes, and corporate governance procedures. Ability to interpret and apply regulations related to company law, business structuring, and taxation. Competency in using accounting software like Tally, SAP, and ERP tools. Ability to identify financial risks, improve processes, and implement effective audit strategies. Strong analytical abilities for tax planning and compliance advisory. Attention to detail while preparing financial statements and audit reports. Excellent documentation and reporting skills. Ability to collaborate with senior management, clients, and regulatory authorities. Strong negotiation and advisory skills for financial and legal matters.
