Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Cluster Manager to lead our Micro Finance team in Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing teams and driving business growth, with 7-10 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.
Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
Monitor and control expenses to ensure efficient use of resources.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Job Requirements

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling building strong relationships with stakeholders.
Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets.
