Clubhouse Project Manager

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Clubhouse Project Manager to oversee the development and execution of clubhouse and lifestyle facilities across our residential projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing clubhouse interiors, coordinating with vendors, supervising on-site execution, and ensuring timely completion of amenities with attention to quality and detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Execution:

Manage the complete development of clubhouse spaces including gym, pool, indoor games, party hall, reception/lounge, and other lifestyle facilities.

• Site Coordination:

Work closely with engineers, site supervisors, interior designers, and contractors to ensure day-to-day progress as per the project plan.

• Vendor & Contractor Management:

Oversee civil, interior, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other service vendors. Ensure timely material availability and labor deployment.

• Project Tracking & Quality Control:

Monitor project timelines, check the quality of work and materials, and ensure compliance with approved drawings and standards.

• Handover Readiness:

Ensure the clubhouse is completed, cleaned, and fully functional for client handover, including addressing snag lists and finishing touchups.

• Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain daily work records, prepare progress reports, handle billing coordination, and assist with vendor documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
